All About Dage4
As with many successful stories related with technology, Dage4 began with an idea between two friends. In early 2001, we began with a dream of creating a method where anyone could update their website without knowing how to write code or understand the complexities of design.
That's how CMWizard began. We simply sat down and built our own tool available through a website for our customers to edit their own pages. Expanding on this concept, we formed a company called The OGC Group which stood for 'Online General Contractors'. As our idea grew, we solicited the help of many web professionals to add their expertise in our emerging concept. We offered a way to expand many services to our clients by leveraging the talents of unknown artists and designers which continues today.
The OGC Group was then split into two companies in order to maintain a personal touch to all clients by the founding partners. Infinity Web Works is based out of Rochester Minnesota and is managed by John Determan. Dage 4 is based out of Folsom California and is managed by Ed Lacroix. These original partners continue to work together in providing content management through CMWizard while adding more web professionals to their teams within their regions. This business strategy allows each to remain in direct contact with their CMWizard customers providing rapid response to growing needs and offering a variety of customized solutions.
The name of Dage4 is family based. Ed took one letter from each of his four children's first names based on the order in which they were born (Dallas, Nathan, Megan, Tyler). It is understandable that with this family commitment that Ed enjoys providing CMWizard to non-profit organizations and small business even though it functions well for large corporations.
Providing quality services at an affordable price to small businesses of America with a hands on approach is why both John and Ed began CMWizard.
